Rarity Rewards - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Rarity Rewards program is open to customers who make a purchase on our website and meet the minimum order total of $150 AUD (including shipping).
Shipping costs count towards the $150 total spend required to receive a Rarity Rewards prize.
The total number of Rarity Rewards per order cannot exceed more than 6.
This program is available to customers located within Australia.

2. Prize Distribution

For every eligible order of $150 or more, customers will receive a random prize from the Rarity Rewards wheel, which contains various tiers of prizes (common, uncommon, rare, and hyper-rare).
The prize awarded will be randomly selected based on the odds of the wheel, which are:
- 60 Common Prizes (60 in 100)
- 29 Uncommon Prizes (29 in 100)
- 9 Rare Prizes (9 in 100)
- 1 Hyper-Rare Prize (1 in 100)
The prize will automatically be shipped with the customer’s order, no additional steps are required to claim the prize.

3. Prize Rotation & Availability

Prizes offered through the Rarity Rewards program will rotate regularly. Prizes are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to replace or modify the available prizes at our sole discretion. If a prize is no longer available, we may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Stock Availability Disclaimer: In rare circumstances, prizes may be delayed or unavailable due to stock issues. We will attempt to notify affected customers, but we are not liable for any delays in prize fulfillment caused by stock shortages.

4. Rarity Rewards Program Activation & Deactivation

The Rarity Rewards program is subject to activation at our discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate the program at any time without prior notice.
If the program is deactivated, any pending orders that have won prizes will still be honored and prizes will be shipped as per normal.
If the program is suspended, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of the suspension.
We are not responsible for any disruption of the program, including issues related to technical failure, system outages, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Prizes Are Non-Transferable

Prizes awarded through the Rarity Rewards program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, unless specified at our discretion.

Prizes will be shipped with the customer’s order and are typically fulfilled according to our standard shipping times.
If a customer’s order is returned, the Rarity Rewards prize will not be reissued, and no alternative prize will be provided.
Shipping Disclaimer: We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to prizes during shipping. Prizes are shipped at the customer's risk once dispatched.
